Akron Children's Hospital
Akron Childrens Hospital (ACH) wanted to launch an awareness campaign that focused on their unique child care. I was the lead Interactive Art Director and involved with ideation, design and working with an outside vendor to build out the final rich media banners. The first concept was all about the healing power of laughter and how ACH does what it can through unique childrens services to encourage laughter in the healing process. We went out and filmed 10-15 hand selected children laughing. We then created an emotional and inspiring quick cut one minute montage of children just laughing. The results were very impacting and emotional, especially for a hospital. The focus of the ads was directed at parents, and in particular the mothers. The banner also allowed people to email the montage video to a friend, adding a necessary social aspect and increasing exposure of the brand.
